Very cool place, calm and welcoming with Miray at the receptionist being so friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly situated close to touristic places but in a more calm and cute neighborhood

We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy hotel in Istanbul! We booked two rooms for 5 people, one with the garden that we enjoyed. The location was perfect—within walking distance of the Blue Mosque and many of the city’s main attractions, which made exploring Istanbul so easy. The hotel is newly renovated, very clean, comfortable and has a warm welcoming atmosphere. What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful and went out of their way to give us great local advice—from restaurants, trips and hammams nearby to which banks and ATMs were best to use. Their recommendations made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul!

From the moment we arrived at Şebnem Hotel, we were made to feel completely at home. It is a beautiful boutique hotel in one of the best locations in Istanbul just a five minute walk from the Blue Mosque and within easy reach of Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, the Grand Bazaar and so many of the city’s main sights. Restaurants, cafés, shops and everything you could possibly need are right on your doorstep. What really makes Şebnem Hotel exceptional, though, is the people. Salim checked us in and was absolutely brilliant from the start. He was warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful, even taking the time to help get my friend’s an eSIM. Nothing felt like too much trouble. Ahmed was equally fantastic, always friendly and ready to help whenever we needed anything. Sonar gave us some excellent recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit, which made such a difference to our stay and helped us experience Istanbul beyond just the main tourist spots. A special mention also has to go to the management team, Berkay, Emre and Mira They were exceptional throughout our stay. You can immediately see how much care they put into the hotel and into making sure every guest is looked after properly. The entire team genuinely seems to care about your experience. There is such a warm and personal atmosphere here. After a long day exploring Istanbul, coming back to Şebnem really did feel like coming home. That is something you simply don't get in every hotel. If you are visiting Istanbul and want somewhere charming, welcoming, perfectly located and run by genuinely wonderful people, I cannot recommend Şebnem Hotel highly enough. The location is fantastic, the service is exceptional and the staff are the heart of the hotel. We would stay here again without hesitation. An absolute gem in the heart of Istanbul and easily a 5-star experience

No fridge No coffee making facilities im room Shower was just a stream of water , head was broken, bookcase above bed was broken and loaded with books, we took books off so it wouldn’t fall on us im bed, being asked daily to pay account (7 nights broken up as 3 and 2, to go to Cappodocia) for 2 nights We wanted to leave out two large bags , however not unless you pay $20 and would not give us a receipt.
