Sebnem hotel is in a fantastic location. Within easy walking distance of all the sights such as Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and the Basilica Cistern. The staff are friendly, attentive and helpful.
It’s located right on “Beer Street” … full of touting restaurants meaning you get accosted every time you walk up and down the street. Ask for a different room if you get ground floor as it’s noisy.

Lovely quaint hotel in the heart of Sultanahmet. Easy walking distance from the tourist sights and accessible from public transport. Wonderful helpful staff, clean room with all facilities necessary, fantastic shower! This is my second time staying here and I would definitely choose it again.
The breakfast area is small, which would be fine if certain guests had any awareness and empathy for others and vacated seats once finished eating, rather than sitting sipping coffee for an hour thinking it is their local café. This is no criticism of the hotel, and in fact the excellent staff tried to facilitate waiting guests by cleaning and arranging outside space, but considering it was the start of winter ❄️ it was rather frustrating

Good location and helpful staff
Hotel we used to come few years ago so a lot of memories but need strong refurbishment…
Breakfast very basic compared to other hotel within same category …

Location
No fridge
No coffee making facilities im room
Shower was just a stream of water , head was broken, bookcase above bed was broken and loaded with books, we took books off so it wouldn’t fall on us im bed, being asked daily to pay account (7 nights broken up as 3 and 2, to go to Cappodocia) for 2 nights
We wanted to leave out two large bags , however not unless you pay $20 and would not give us a receipt.
