Centrally located to visit Istanbul’s historic center. Simple but good breakfast on the building rooftop (thanks Iulia). We had 2 rooms: one in the modern part of the hotel and a studio in an annex building at less than 100 m from the main house. The modern room was well equiped. The studio was convenient (space, washing machine) but needs to be renovated. The warm welcome from the receptionist and his good advices were very well appreciated.
The area is a little bit less noisy than the whole Sultanahmmet area, but noisy nevertheless. Cars and busses should definitively be banned from this area of the city.
To be noted that the hotel is not appropriate for disabled people or people having difficulties with stairs.

I only stayed for 4 nights and the hotel agreed to refund us 3 nights accommodation but booking.com had failed to give us a refund even though the hotel agreed to. Very poor

The lady who prepares the breakfast is very friendly, welcoming, and makes guests feel at home. The breakfast is also very good, with a great selection and excellent quality.
The janitor behavior is unprofessional, and I was disappointed with the level of service provided.
