If you a food fanatic like me this hotel is in the best location , the street is full of restaurant and bars so you are literally spoilt get ready to be pulled by each restaurant staff to try their cuisine.
Hotel is very clean and staff very helpful, breakfast is ok nothing to shout about, location wise cannot fault it Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia just 5 minutes walk and less then 10 min walk to Sulthanahmet tram station, Hotel arranges excursions and cruises with pick up and drop off from the hotel which is plus point.
Plenty of Supermarket , souvenir shops around.
Hotel has its own Spa must recommend their Sultan Massage a truly rejuvenating experience.

The staff and breakfast buffet was excellent. Air conditioning works perfectly. Wifi was not working properly. I am just not giving five star because wifi was either not working or extremely slow

We had a great stay. Rooms were great for the families who were in our group. The location was great for what we planned to do and having the ability to go up on the rooftop and have a bottle of wine was amazing. The highlight of our time there though was the staff. Everyone was beyond helpful and accommodating with whatever we needed. Truly the best staff we have come across in a long time in any of our travels. Would absolutely stay here again.
