Location was perfect with easy, quick access to key sites - Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, and more. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean and rooms were well equipped and comfortable for a family of 4. Loved having our own hamam in our hotel room. Breakfast was included and always fresh and delicious! Restaurant next door was delicious. I hope we have the chance to visit Istanbul again and would definitely stay at Best Point Hotel again.

Loved everything

We loved this hotel even though we just stayed one night. I hope we can come back for a linger stay. We had a room with hammam on the ground floor so no steps. The mattress was comfortable . We really enjoyed breakfast on the roof - nice variety of food and good views. The hammam was wonderful after a day of walking - so relaxing. The location was very convenient but best of all was the staff, so kind and helpful, and always giving us little goodies like tea and coffee and Turkish delight.

It was all great.

- при смене сотрудников (ночью был один персонал, днем другой) все договорённости обнуляются) так при раннем отъезде обещали подготовить завтрак заранее, другие сотрудники были не в курсе. В итоге наспех дали моему мужу бутерброд с сыром. Также был сломан замок, мы в течение нескольких дней не могли сами открыть номер, приходил персонал нам помогать. А потом нам 2 раза его починили) вечером и утром) - на этаже под кухней спать невозможно, в 6 утра намаз, в 7 утра начинают готовить - поверьте, спать не получится даже когда смертельно устал, персонал громко говорит и шумит сковородками. Слишком тонкие стены. - Из окна был вид в стену

Je recommande cet hôtel , après un séjour en famille avec 2 enfants en bas âge , l’accueil a été parfait , l’équipe à l’écoute . Le petit déjeuner très bon . Encore merci pour la gentillesse du personnel .

El desayuno que ofrecen en el roof del edificio está delicioso, variedad del desayuno turco ,.su personal es encantador. Las habitaciones están limpias y cómodas, su baño con agua súper caliente sin problemas. Los chicos de recepción siempre atentos a las necesidades del huésped Ofrecen también una barra de diferente comida, te y café todos los días por la tarde en el lobby del hotel para sus huespedes sin costo

Posizione ottima, suite grande ed efficiente completa di hammam, 3 stanze separate, ottima colazione panoramica all'ultimo piano del limitrofo hotel.

Good location, helpful staff.

Poor variety of breakfast, coffee machine - or no milk or out of order. Definitely need to renew forks, knifes and some plates (every day my omelet been served in old chipped plate 😀). The room in reality way too far from pictures on Booking.com. On the entrance to suites always bad smell (but no in rooms).
