Right in the heart of the old town. We had to walk only 5 mins to most sights. They upgraded us to a family room. Clean, comfy & quiet. The staff were so so friendly and beyond helpful for sightseeing & restaurant ideas.

Great location, close to all main tourist attractions. Rooms are clean and accurate to the pictures available. Breakfast is really good quality. Staff were super friendly and prompt to help, providing food recommendations and key tourist attractions.

The hotel was nothing like the reviews I had read. As soon as I arrived, I asked reception to send up some tissues, but they told me, “Unfortunately, we only have toilet paper.” Unfortunately, the service really was terrible.
None of the usual hotel amenities were provided throughout our stay. They brought us toothbrushes only once, and their quality was, quite honestly, as bad as it could possibly be.
What bothered me most was the terrible quality of the bed. It is difficult to overstate just how uncomfortable it was.
The breakfast was acceptable, but certainly not excellent. It was good on some days, while on others the food seemed far from fresh.
The only reason I gave the hotel a score of 6 is that they messaged me on WhatsApp and asked me to give them a 10.
The hotel staff, especially the women working in the dining area, were genuinely lovely, polite and kind.
