Un sejur minunat

Hotelul are un design modern. Camerele sunt curate. Micul dejun a fost foarte bun. Personalul a fost mereu atent și receptiv la nevoile noastre. Am avut parte de o surpriza minunata din partea personalului hotelului de ziua mea, au pregătit un tort și mi-au cântat la “La mulți ani”! Am avut un sejur minunat și cu siguranța vom reveni la aceasta cazare!

Family run hotel which exceeded expectations

I stayed for 9 nights at the Royan Suites, I was greeted with kindness, helpfulness and a big smile! They exceeded in everything, always on hand to help. The man who works nights, he was so friendly, on the first night we arrived he took the time to show us the maps of things too do..he was most welcoming. It’s a small hotel, intimate, and you feel like you’re at home! The hotel cat kept me company a lot which I adored! Netflix was a bonus!

Wifi kept disconnecting sometimes. The street the hotel is on, you get continuously harassed by neighbouring restaurants (maybe if you’re not a man this wouldn’t apply) it can get quite uncomfortable sometimes and I deliberately used to sneak past them because of it.

A fantastic stay

Location is great, staff very helpful and friendly, hotel is very clean and tidy and the breakfast is the highlight of the day it seems like all the food items were fresh and organic.

The price was high and there’s no flexibility in the booking as I checked out a day earlier.

Exceptional

The room was clean, bed and sofa very confortable and breakfast very good. It's near to important tourist attractions (5-10 min walk). The staff were amazing and my period spent here was wonderful.

It’s a small cute hotel right in the heart of the old town. The location is awesome - it takes you just a few minutes to walk to Sultanahmet Square, Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapı Palace, Basilica Cistern and Caferaga Medresesi (a local school of art), as well as to the nearest tram stop. The transport system and logistics are super convenient, one just need to get the hang of it. There are just 7 rooms in the hotel, but they are quite spacious, modern and clean, the rooms’ sound insulation is very good (the windows do contribute too) - despite a crowded location, lots of restaurants in the street, and muezzins’ calls to prayer one can sleep very well (at least so in winter when one doesn’t open the windows often). There are a couple of small “supermarkets” in the street where all sorts of the most necessary stuff can be bought. The hotel personnel is very friendly, helpful and mostly English-speaking. The traditional Turkish breakfast is very tasty and includes eggs cooked or fried up to your taste, some fruit and vegetables, olives, butter, jams, juice and coffee or tea. It is served in the hotel lobby. The beds are really king-size though the mattresses are too soft which is a matter of taste. The room is very light but the curtains allow a sound, undisturbed sleep.

Please add bathrobes and remove plastic flowers or change them for natural ones, so the hotel is yet a better choice.

Excelent location, great staff!

The hotel is in a great location near restaurants and walking distance to the main places to visit in Istambul. Staff was amazing, very helpfull and always looking to help us out.

Don't stay here even if it's cheap

The only good thing is its lokation

The room and is dirty, etherything is old. Yhe worst thing is bathroom with lots of black mould. Really disgusting.

good spot for easy access to major sites

street has a lot of loud vendors trying to talk to you and get your into their stores/restaurants

Superb

From arrival to departure everything was great, the staff were very helpful and would go out of their way to assist you. My bags were heavy but they carried them all the way to third floor. Rooms are super clean, bed is big/soft/relaxing and room is spacious and relaxing. Many restaurants around the facility. Everything is nearby.

The staff was exceptional especially Hakan! We had an amazing stay and felt supported. The breakfast was brilliant and the rooms were really good! We stayed with them for 3 days and are really happy with the service. Thankyou so much!!

They won't serve breakfast if you're 10 minutes late, very strict rules... Even if everything else was great, for that only I'm not going back to that hotel.

Unbelievable Experience - Fantastic All Round Hotel! 10/10

Fantastic stay! What makes the difference - Servet and Hakan! Best service I’ve ever seen at any hotel! Travelled all over the world but the service provided unbelievable. So helpful - helped us save money on many activities and very informative! Great breakfast - freshly served and many options. Rooms are modern and clean/spacious. Nice boutique hotel with very family/home like experience! Well located to the Haghia Sophia and Blue Mosque & Topkapi Palace! 10 minutes from closest Tram Station. If you’re looking for any activities ask the guys at the reception of hotel - well priced and they will help with discounts. Best stay in a long time 10/10! Big thanks to Servet and Hakan again!
