Traumhaft schöne Lage und Aussicht vom Frühstücksraum

Lage des Hotels ist super, direkt um die Ecke ist die blaue Moschee und Hagia Sophia, alles fussläufig erreichbar, großartiges Frühstück mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht (einmalig und wirklich traumhaft), Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Bad, bei uns stand das Wasser neben der Dusche , war immer zu nass, war leider nicht so toll

Exceptional Hotel

First of all, we have received an upgrade to king room with Sultan Ahmet Mosque view, which was really amazing and felt very blessed. Amazing staff, tasty turkish breakfast, super clean room, cleaning services are 10 out of 10. I have absolutley nothing negative to say, really amazing hotel!

Sehr zentrales Hotel mit freundlichem Personal

Super Lage, kulturelles Zentrum mit Hagia Sophia etc. in 5-10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Tolle Aussicht im Frühstücksraum auf dem Dach, auf der einen Seite das Meer, auf der anderen Seite die Blaue Moschee. Sensationelles, traditionelles, türkisches Frühstück, das wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Selbstverständlich gibt es auch europäische Spezialitäten. Der Kontakt mit der Rezeption vor der Anreise per WhatsApp sehr kompetent, es gibt auch die Möglichkeit, Ausflüge direkt im voraus zu reservieren. Auch während des Aufenthaltes waren die Herren an der Rezeption und auch das übrige Personal äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer für einen Stadtaufenthalt zweckmässig eingerichtet, sauber.

Gutes Hotwl für Städtetrip

Wir fanden die Lage super und das Personal auch! Für einen Städtetrip super, da man alles gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse war klasse!

Das Bett war sehr durchgelegen und das Zimmer sehr klein. Zudem war es sehr hellhörig.

This hotel was an amazing great location, great view excellent staff great breakfast. They are a small hotel but does everything possible to make you feel at home. The location is close to great restaurants and the neighborhood is the best in Istanbul.

Everything was great. I have no complaints. Anything that is needed they fix is resolved very quickly.

Perfect location & great hospitality

Stayed here for 2 nights with my family and loved everything about it, especially their hospitality. The hotel’s location is just 5-10 minutes walk to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque & SultanAhmet area. They welcomed us for breakfast buffet even though we arrived way earlier than our check in time (Initially we just want to leave our luggages at the receptionist). Buffet breakfast was good. The rooftop has excellent view of the Blue Mosque and also the Marmara sea. Their staffs are really kind and helpful, especially Nuri. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Istanbul.

The location is perfect for us to explore major Istanbul attractions especially Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, only 5-10 min walk away. The view from the rooftop restaurant and terrace is unbelievably amazing. Surrounded by the sea on three sides and overlooking Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia on another side is just breath taking ! we appreciated the excellent services provided by the hotel personnel especially Nuri and Seljuk. overall, we are so happy we stayed at Ferman Hotel Old Town and will definitely come back.

The hotel facilities are very good and the location are very convenient to only 5min far distance from the main attractions.

The property was very clean. The beads are comfortable and Wifi service OK. The breakfast was excellent with a gorgeous view to the blue mosque and Hagia Sofia. The personal is very polaite and always with the best disposition to assist and help you. Thank you so much to Nuri for his kindness, tips and Orientation to explore the city around. Thank you to the personal at the breakfast area. They were very kind and always jiving the best of the service. great hotel in a great location for great value fro money

lovely breakfast/service staff who were always attentive and sympathetic to your needs especially the tall guy! lovely chap. the panorama view from the rooftop in the morning/evening was very nice. you could grab evening tea and some sweet cakes and go up and enjoy istanbul lights!

A great find for us at a very reasonable price. Very strongly recommended

We booked this hotel through booking.com, which was in itself, a very smooth experience. We received messages from hotel admin soon if we needed help with transportation from airport to the hotel. They arranged the transport very promptly and sent us detailed info about how to find the location of the transport. The transport process went very smoothly(As everyone knows taxi experience in Istanbul is not the best). We were greeted very warmly by the reception and the bell bot took care of our luggage promptly. The receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming and made us feel at home. We asked for advice about dining close by. The staff actually took us to a restaurant which was hardly a 3 minute walk. The food was so good that we returned to that restaurant a day later. There were several other options to dine close by and all of them seemed very good. The hotel is walking distance from Hagia Sofia and you can view this majestic building from its terrace while enjoying a great breakfast. Breakfast was very good. The rooms were spacious and we had a great balcony facing the sea and you wake up to a beautiful view of the sea(We had to pay a nominal charge to upgrade our room to the sea-view but that was my best decision). Please keep in mind that spacious rooms are not the norm in tourist central areas. Public transportation was close however we preferred walking as it was a very safe area. We google mapped travel times walking vs public transport and it used to show only 5-10 minute difference. The pictures provided on the website are not exaggerated at all. Didn't need to call reception as everything was well explained. There was a mini market near us. Room service was prompt and they kept on stocking the refrigerator daily with water(free). I would recommend this hotel to others as well and will stay here again if I visit the city in the future.

amazing stay at Fermam Hotel

staff goes above and beyond to please you, it feels like family indeed. the view from the restaurant upstairs is to die for, you have the Blue Mosque right behind you and Hagia Sofia on your right. Great breakfast in the morning. this is my 3rd time in Istambul and 3rd stay at Ferman. a big round of applause for all the staff that smile at you and please you in every single thing.
