Very helpful staff, excellent location (withoung needing to negotiate the narrow streets of the middle of the old city), spoilt for restaurant coice.
No English speaking TV channels. Fruit salad ran out too early at breakfast!

The location was the best aspect of this hotel. It was a short walk away from all the main attractions such as the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, and Topkapi Palace. Breakfast had plenty of options, and the staff, especially Uzir, Latif, and the young guy who helped move our luggage to and from the room were very friendly as well!
An extra step to help people get up to the entrance of the Ferman Mansion (annex building) would have been nice.

The best part is the proximity to the tourist places
The breakfast was good but same menu for next 4days !!
The Staff Omer & Latif were good and assisted in whatever ways they could
The bathroom was nice but basic hooks to hang clothes were missing
