The hotel is in an amazing location, close to all the key sites. Sami at reception was especially helpful and kind and we really felt welcomed by his friendly greetings every evening! Our room was spacious and breakfast was good too.

The Location and staff were great from Sami at the reception to the baggage/waiter staff. All very helpful. Excellent location with restaurants and sites all metres away

Perfect stay near iconic landmarks! The location is unbeatable, offering a balcony with stunning views of both the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The entire staff at Acra Hotel was incredibly warm, welcoming, and dedicated to making our stay comfortable. A special thanks to Sami, who became a great friend and went above and beyond—helping us plan our days on the go, booking tour packages, and arranging taxis, which was a lifesaver traveling with small kids. Highly recommend!
P.S. Kudos to their kitchen staff as their breakfast items are amazing and different each day and housekeeping for keeping our room spick and span everyday.
Nothing to dislike here, it’s the best property for the budget I had.

The location is very good and the beds were large and comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the Bosherous.
Fundamentally the pictures on Booking.com gave an exaggerated rise view of the reality. Everything is rather run down. Some specifics, room for three rather small and shower room as well. No shelves in wardrobes except one used for extra pillows and one for the safe. We had to ask for an extra suitcase rack so we could live out of that. Safe refused to open on 2 days but was fixed. Lots of dust under the beds. Teabags not always replenished. Breakfast was poor and often both food and hardware were missing or in short supply. The hotplates didn't work so hot food was tepid or cold. Same offerings or minor changes. Interesting to note that the same issues have been occuring for some time.
