The location was great, close to the sea and nearby places like Istanbul Belediyesi Cankurtaran Sosyal Tesisleri, where you can have lunch with a nice sea view. It’s also close to Cankurtaran train station, which can take you to either Sirkeci station or Yenikapı station to connect to the Marmaray.
The hotel itself has a unique vintage design, yet the rooms are modern and have AC of course. The staff gave us a room on the 3rd floor with a nice view. The breakfast was also good.
The triple room was a bit small, so there was no couch or chairs, probably due to the limited space. As a Muslim, I also found it a little difficult to pray comfortably because of the limited floor space. It would also be helpful if the bathroom had some hooks or hangers for clothes and towels.
