The reception is managed by a young and polity team. I was initially given a ground floor room, but once I asked - I was moved to a 2nd floor room which was more spacious. As I was out early that day, the staff took care of moving my luggage. On the check out day I was able to leave my luggage with them without additional costs.
The breakfast was not that great. Firstly, it was only possible to eat it in the basement parlour which wasn’t too cozy. Secondly, the variety of food was quite weird. There were no cold cut meats at all, except some highly processed meat-like slices of sth. French fries instead of regular ham is a questionable breakfast choice. No heated dishes were used so scrambled eggs were cold even despite me showing up to eat at 8am sharp. There was no option of toasting your bread. Overall - I don’t understand such high ratings for breakfast at this place. It was the biggest disappointment :(
Aside from that - the terrace is kind of just there, looking bare and sort of unkept. I think the hotel would benefit greatly from adjusting it to be a cozy space, where one can also bring up their breakfast.

Excellent stay and superb value for money. We arrived early to drop our luggage off and our room was already ready hours earlier than the check in time. The staff were lovely, the breakfast was plentiful, and the location was excellent - within walking distance of major attractions, public transport etc. I would highly recommend.
