Good service (especially from the reception staff, particularly Berkay who was very helpful), great location, clean rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast.

Location made places easily accessible
TV did not work and on the final morning the elevator was not working which meant carrying heavy suitcases down three flights of stairs

A small hotel in an excellent location in Sultanhamet, easy to walk to the central tourist sites.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The two rooms we had were very well appointed, with good facilities, one with a large terrace with a superb view of the Blue Mosque.
Nothing to comment upon.

The room was connected to another room by a door, and you could hear absolutely everything the neighbors were doing and saying.
