Proximity to the beach and the quiet garden in front with included parking spot.
The lodging needs a fresh facelift and the art is in poor taste.
Also, the place description wasn’t explicit enough that beach usage is an additional fee.

Great location and easy check in and out. Price is also fair. Communal area is cosy and seems to have a lot of facilities if you choose to use it
Family room was a lot smaller than expected and bathroom as well (some broken things in the room). It was fine for us for the 1 night we booked it but would not book the family room for more than 1 night. Also, the sound from the shower from the other room was very loud. Our neighbors took a shower close to midnight for almost 30 min and the running water was very loud in our room.
