The location is perfect for a long layover in Milan Malpensa. The host was very friendly, and the place was very clean!
Of course, since the place is very close to airport, the sound from airplanes landing in/leaving is very easy to hear. But this was expected:)

My flight was delayed, so I had to make a last-minute booking on the same day. Although I arrived after midnight, communication with the owner was quick and efficient, which made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. I really appreciated the help.
Although the hotel is relatively close to the airport, I arrived late at night when the airport shuttle was only running every 30 minutes. The shuttle was recommended to me, but I didn’t feel comfortable relying on it at that hour, so I eventually asked the owner to arrange an airport taxi for me.
The access code for the gate was easy enough to enter since it was outside, but the hallway inside the building was completely dark. Even when I turned on the lights, they switched off automatically almost immediately. I managed to enter the code and get into my room using the light from my phone, but since it was already after midnight, the whole experience was quite stressful.

The location is very convenient, just a few minutes walk from the bus shuttle stop. The room is clean and spacious enough for a one night stay, everything works and the kitchen is very well equipped. The owner is friendly and quickly responds to messages. I also don't get the reviews where people struggled to get in, there is literally just one gate and one lock with a key, thr instruction sent prior to our arrival was very clear and unambiguous.
Apparently just before our stay, the cleaning lady bleached the floors which left quite a disturbing odour, which fortunately diminished after we opened the window.
The take away breakfast is a welcome addition, but as other people mentioned it is more of a snack rather than a full meal. Be prepared to have to buy something more before or at the airport.

location is good, 7 min walk to shuttle bus, they have private parking if you come by car.
they serve breakfast (sweet) and water you can take to airport.
felt the check in process is like an escape room, too complicated to my taste. also they had intercom which contacts the hosts but the answer we got was very rude "read the messages you got", all while being eaten by mosquitos and no where to hide. Shared space smells like cigarettes, inside room were spiders and mosquitos so we didn't get a good sleep
