Sehr schöner Spa Bereich, tolles Zimmer und schön sauber
Wir hatten Frühstück auf dem Zimmer. Was wahrscheinlich nicht viele machen. Daher war es den ersten Tag okay, dann durften wir die Liste noch einmal ändern ( was wir essen wollen) danach mussten wir immer das gleiche nehmen. Dazu kam es wurde immer schlechter , die Qualität , es wurde falsch gebracht und viel vergessen. Für ein „ GRAND“ Hotel eine sehr schwache Sache!

Frühstück sehr gut, Lage super
Die Sauna war 15.00 Uhr nicht heiss. Dampfsauna war aus Im Hotel fehlt es an Grünpflanzen. Der Eingangsbreich wirkt dadurch als ob das Hotel schließen würde
Das Abendessen ala Carte zu wenig. Aber unweit des Hotels Gastronomie.

The dinner was the best meal we had in the whole of Germany and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff were so friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The room was also quite no traffic noise. It is a great hotel to stay at

Kurze Wege bis zum Zentrum von Suhl.
Das Personal insbesondere an der Rezeption war sehr nett.
Die Ankunft im Hotel war mit Hindernissen in der Form des Entladens der Koffer verbunden. Kein Personal und Parken auf der Straße kurz vor der Kreuzung. Keine Klimaanlage und Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer, Kühlschrank war auch nicht vorhanden.
