Die Lage des Hotels war super . Die Größe und die Einrichtung des Zimmers war gut . Ein Kühlschrank fehlt ! Das Frühstück war ok .

das Restaurant ist super und die Preise bezahlbar. Tischbuchung empfehlenswert. Das öffentliche Parkhaus ist 50m entfernt und mit der Parkkarte sooft befahrbar wie man möchte - wenn die Parkgebühr an der Rezeption entrichtet wird. Da wir zwischen Wettkampfstätte und Hotel mehrfach pendeln mussten war das super.
Eine Etage sind Raucherzimmer. Leider hat bei der Buchung und auch nicht bei der Anreise an der Rezeption niemand danach gefragt. Die 3 gebuchten Doppelzimmer wurden einfach verteilt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und das Zimmer war überraschend geräumig. Der Frühstücksraum in der 16. Etage hat bietet eine tolle Sicht auf die Stadt und den Thüringer Wald. Das Frühstück war qualitativ gut - die Auswahl ist nicht sehr groß, war aber für mich genau das richtige.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr effizient und freundlich.
2 Anmerkungen, der Sessel im Zimmer war schon nicht mehr schön und sollte entsorgt werden, da die Kunstlederoberfläche schon sehr lädiert war. Und leider gab es keine Minibar - abwohl in der Buchung bestätigt

Location is excellent and rooms are big. Free soda and water in every floor is a nice touch.
Asked for a non-smoking room and got a smoking one. Breakfast is a disaster. Low quality food and service. We were still eating way before closing time and waitresses started packing up and cleaning our table. Very rude. Sometimes they would sit while guests were still in the restaurant and start eating as well. Terrible. There is no safe in the room, no kettle, and no minibar. This is NOT a 4 star hotel. 3 star at best
