Top floor of a beautiful historic building, water views from both bedrooms, approx 1150 sq. ft of space. Lovely furnishings, beautiful wood floors, equipped with great combination of original/restored charm and modern updates, all of the conveniences of home. Spacious fully equipped eat-in kitchen with stainless appliances, dishwasher, purified drinking water, nice cookware. Sunny private deck with dining table, chairs, and umbrella. Mini split air conditioning, washer/dryer in unit, flat-screen TVs in both bedrooms and living room, cable, high-speed wireless (and YES, you can work from home). Lovely convenient location, directly across from beach access. Near Joe's coffee, bike rental store, and antique shops. Parking available from April through October.

First and foremost, Meryl is an incredibly kind and communicative host! The condo is in a great location, and despite being located right on Commercial Street, still very quiet. You are no more than 5-to-10 minutes from anything you could want to do in Ptown. The unit was super comfortable, and we especially enjoyed using the outdoor space. Our group cooked many of our meals at home, so having access to a grill outdoors would have greatly improved our experience, but the well-appointed kitchen helped greatly. We will definitely be re-booking again next year!

Every year we look forward to staying at this charming well appointed property. This location is steps away from anything you would want to do in town. In all the years we've stayed here, I don't think there was any reasonable amenity that we needed that wasn't there. All in all, it just feels like home to us.

Out stay at Meryl's place was perfect from start to finish. The house is perfectly situated on the West End; on the third floor of the building, overlooking Commercial Street and Provincetown Harbor. The house is just seconds from the Boatslip (but is quiet nonetheless); and minutes away from all the best restaurants and nightlife of Ptown. (Oh, and the view from the main bedroom and living room is exquisite. Watching the light change on the water -- and on the beach in the distance -- is a beautiful and moving experience. )

My spouse and I absolutely loved our stay at Meryl’s home! It is quiet, beautiful (so much wonderful, local art!), calm, and spacious, and it had everything we needed and more!
We wanted to try as many restaurants as we could, so we didn’t cook while there. But we typically do cook while on vacation, and this kitchen would have made doing so a breeze. It has *everything* one might need!
The water views from the livingroom and front bedroom are gorgeous, and the balcony is perfect. We ended up sleeping on both beds to see which we preferred, and both are great—super comfortable.
One thing that is really important to us is cleanliness, and Meryl’s home exceeded the mark. (Both my spouse and I are pretty picky about this, and we were grateful and relieved at how deeply clean everything was.)
Meryl’s home and where it’s situated are so calm and quiet that it’s hard to believe it’s only a 1/2 mile (or less!) to most of the places we wanted to go. (It’s only 0.6 miles from MacMillan Pier, for example.) So it’s truly the best of both worlds.
We were beyond delighted with our stay and are so looking forward to being back!
One final note: Meryl is an incredibly gracious host and is warm, welcoming, thoughtful, very helpful, and highly responsive in her communication.
We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay, and we highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet, private, beautiful place that’s just a short walk to everything and is hosted by a fantastic communicator and very thoughtful host.

Stayed here in the off-season (over New Years) and loved the place. Conveniently located on Commercial Street, a close walk to everything. The unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Meryl was prompt, friendly and thorough in our communication. We'd definitely stay here again.

We opened the door to our third floor rental into a world we could only describe as a cottage in the sky. The rooms and decor capture the magic of the history of Provincetown. Out the windows of the comfortable living room and front bedroom we view the harbor. On the deck, surrounded by flowers, we’re in our own little garden. Every modern convenience is available but set in a warm, timeless setting that carries you away from the glass boxes that could be in any waterfront locale. And, we were literally steps from the fun and natural beauty that Provincetown offers. It was perfect, and we’ll be back.

This house is really quite amazing. It's got cool furniture, everything you could possible need for a week long stay, and gorgeous views from the windows. The location, with the two parking spots, and giant backyard, are a rare find. Thanks for having us!

What a great place! Perfect location on Commercial Street, with amazing water views. We watched the sunrise every morning. The place was so charming and had all the right amenities. We went over the holidays and it was perfectly cozy when we wanted to stay in and a great location for when we wanted to go for a walk. The host was so friendly and very responsive to my text queries. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed! Perfect place to enjoy Ptown to the fullest.

We spent a wonderful late Fall weekend in this lovely condo. It is perfectly located on Commercial street ,but on the west end away from most of the crowds, yet close enough to walk. The condo is spacious with a full kitchen, living room and 2 comfortable beds. In the morning we had a beautiful view of the sunrise right from the bedroom.

I love your place. I have stayed here multiple times in the off season--fall and spring--with friends for a long weekend, or with my partner for romantic getaways. It's been a perfect match for both. We have biked to the beach (west) and walked a few blocks in pajamas to get delicious coffee and sandwiches (east). I've been so comfortable there in cold weather and warm. I've used it as a writers retreat (with that beautiful desk that faces the ocean view!), and enjoyed staying in to make dinner and watch movies. I've always had everything I needed. Thanks for everything! Can't wait to come back again soon.

This is a lovely and well-located property with an abundance of character and walkable to shops, restaurants and galleries. Also, surprising quiet given it's location in the heart of town. Our host Meryl was very accommodating and enjoyable to work with and we appreciated her hospitality! Highly recommended.

What can we say, the place was perfect! The apartment was clean and spacious and located in the heart of everything. We brought our bikes and were able to explore the town as well as the lovely beaches just a stones throw away.
The space was also very conducive to getting some work done (I know...who works on vacation!) as well as reading and journaling. A fully equipped kitchen gave us the option of cooking at home, and the cozy deck was a great place to drink in the sky at sunset. The ocean view was the icing on the cake.
We highly recommend staying here!

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as good as last year. So, come to think of it, it's nice that it's consistent! Well, where to start... Picture waking up and looking out over your toes through the windows onto Cape Cod Bay and the sailboats at their moorings! We just love this place! Two very spacious bedrooms, a mini office (but who wants to be working! But if you have to, a view of Cape Cod Bay is nice!), a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a deck. More than enough space for four people. The decor screams "beach"! Lots of windows so lots of light. Kitchen has enough stuff to cook pretty much anything. If it happens to be hot, the window units keep the place very comfortable. We love sitting around the very retro kitchen table and regaling stories of the night before over breakfast. And then there's the location! You just can't find a better one! You're literally one street / block west of the Boat Slip, and directly across the street from the Monkey Bar. If you head off to tea and there's someone there wearing the same outfit you can dash home and change in no time. :) But seriously, the location is just so fantastic. You can be anywhere in a couple of minutes. The owners are great, too. Totally easy to work with and very friendly and helpful.

My partner and I make a pilgrimage with our friends to Ptown for Memorial Day weekend every year. When we found out that our favorite spot was already reserved this year, we were distraught. After some research and deliberation, we decided to try this condo. I never thought it would happen, but we have been converted!
The condo is gloriously bright and has incredible views of the ocean. After a grueling winter and seemingly interminable work days, the experience of waking up to that much sunshine and a view of the ocean FROM THE BED was nothing short of precious.
Not only is the condo surprisingly spacious (much more so than the photos make it appear), but it has also been thoughtfully decorated with brightly-colored and interesting art. Between the sweet furniture, artistic decor, and the newly finished wood floors, the home has a lively personality that added an unexpected delight to our trip.
The location can't be beat, and for such a great price! I love that we were in the heart of things, just a skip and a jump from Joe's and the Boatslip. It was easy to pop in and out throughout the day, but then it was perfectly quiet for sleeping at night. There is also a lovely little patio for lounging outside in the sun for your morning coffee.
And to top it all off, interacting with Meryl was great. She was extremely responsive, gave clear instructions, and then even mailed me my laptop charger when I accidentally left it behind!
Looking back, in reflecting about the comparison of this space versus our old favorite, my partner said, "This place just makes me happy." I couldn't recommend this space more. Any time other than Memorial Day weekend, that is, because hopefully we'll be in it :).

We absolutely LOVED this house. It was perfect for our family of four - with plenty of space for our twin boys to play and a great layout that allowed us to have dinner and drinks with friends after the kids went to sleep. It is hard to find a place that has a perfect combination of beach house charm combined with perfect functionality, but this place did it! A lovely, light-filled vibe coupled with great appliances and everything you will need for a terrific vacation. Meryl was easy to communicate with and easygoing. And you simply CANNOT beat the location - off the beaten path but very close to everything you want and need in Ptown. We loved it and hope to return next summer. Highly recommended.

here are many things I love about this space: comfort, cleanliness, convenience. Those are all obvious upon entering. But what truly elevates the experience of this apartment is that ineffable thing called charm. And it's a charm that feels so at home with what Provincetown stands for and means to us who love it. It's not a particularly fancy place, but the decor has character in a casual, unobtrusive way, and the layout could not be more perfect for two couples (there is a hallway separating the two bedrooms). The hosts were absolutely perfect: answering questions in minutes and very friendly. Finally...the VIEW. I spent many hours watching the sun rise over Provincetown Bay and clouds coming in and tide going out...and you can watch that from either bed. For price, location, view and CHARM, you can do no better in Provincetown. And if you go, go off-season. You avoid the carnival and feel like the whole beautiful town is yours alone.

This property could not have been more well-equipped and conveniently located. This spacious home offers 2 nicely sized bedrooms, Eat-in kitchen that is fully equipped, high-end washer and dryer and an outside deck. We were within easy walking distance to all of the great restaurants and shops the town has to offer. We were visiting over the New Year's holiday and it was very cold outside during our stay. The home was always very warm and comfortable. This is the perfect spot if you are visiting anytime during the year. This property is also very easy to reserve as the owners are always available via phone, text or email. We look forward to our return and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.
