The rooms were really spacious with a living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Everything you needed was there from towels and wash clothes to even plates, utensils, oven, fridge, and microwave. The rooftop pool is an amazing added experience to this property. By far the number one thing is the staff is insanely friendly and helpful, we ended up staying an extra two days and they were so considerate. Also it’s in a great location in town.

The owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were very communicative and ensured a great stay. I got a better deal on a golf cart directly through them. The room was large, with a separate living room area, and full kitchen. The A/C worked well. The location is primo-right in the heart of San Pedro town in the Boco del Rio area, within walking to distance to many great locals spots. I enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop terrace as well!
It was not an issue for me, but people should know there is no elevator, but the staff is very helpful with luggage. There is a very small rooftop pool, although it's large enough to cool off on a hot day. Since it's centrally located, there is a lot of street noise from golf carts, occasional vehicles, and street noise which can making sleeping difficult for light sleepers.

What a lovely team works here! All of them helpfull, friendly and working at all hours. They made the stay even better. The hotel is fresh and clean with everything you could need for short or longer stays. Loved the beds too.

Clean comfortable rooms, nice living room, kitchen well equipped. “Inside” of the place is great.
Location. Next to the building is an ugly construction site (it looks abandoned). No direct access to the beach, no “resort” feel. It’s a few story house next to main street. It is noisy, especially when you sleep in the room on the side of the busy street. The stairs and floors outside were super slippery when rained, easy way to slip. We stayed there only for 2 nights (even though we paid for 4 nights), and move to a resort away from the city.
There are few floors there, make sure you want to go up a few flights (it’s a lot..).
We were disappointed.
Needles to say, I’m very sorry to write this , but I rely on recommendations, so it’s important that the information is up there.
