This apartment is located close to the city centre, which made it very convenient. It was spacious, clean, cozy, and well equipped. The staff were really kind and helpful.

A very pleasant stay in a spacious and clean place, right in the heart of Funchal.
I had a noisy neighbor upstairs. You don’t hear people talking but because of the wooden floor I could hear him walking/running around all night. Once he left and new guests arrived it was much better so I was just unlucky.

The communication from the staff team was exemplary. There was no one to meet us at the accomodation, but their communication on WhatsApp was exceptional. They checked in at regular points and were very helpful when we had additional questions. They also provided us with lots of wonderful local knowledge and information which was really helpful.
The accomodation itself was wonderful! The kitchenette was incredibly well equipped with everything we could have needed. The bed was comfy and the apartment was modern and spacious.
I don't have anything to add here!
