Well positioned, good value for money. Very clean and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend it.
Maybe advise passengers that the Uber/Bolt taxi cannot drive to the door and has no idea of how to get there exactly. We had to get off in front of the Cathedral and walk about 100 mtrs using Google maps. Not hard when you know where you’re going. Nothing major just a bit stressful in a new city.

We loved its proximity to the Cathedral and waterfront.
Just a couple of improvements for guests. The sofa which is the main seating area needs to be replaced. It sags quite a bit and is uncomfortable. Also, instructions need to be given ( paperwork) for use of the washing machine and the coffee maker.

The location was perfect
Not really set up for self catering had no microwave, missing some cooking utensils and no cleaning equipment so unable to wipe down etc, also no visible or extra heating available this included the bathroom, so unable to dry off used towels. Sofa was very large and not comfortable.
