Отель находится немного в глубине и шума нет совсем. Утопает в зелени, все ухожено и очень чисто! Постель и полотенца меняют, убирают. Напор воды отличный. Интернет только слабоват, для работы не подойдет. Все очень понравилось, обязательно вернемся!

The owners were very nice and welcoming when we arrived. Were very informative about the area and how to get about.
15 minutes Walking distance to the beach and restaurants and shopping.. Supermarket was about 15 to 20 minutes walking distance.
I saw Swiggy doing deliveries in the neighborhood if that matters to anyone.
Room was clean and spacious, had a balcony and a comfortable seating area.
Room was as described.
There are washroom facilities at the beach and near the parking for a nominal charge.

Had a pleasant experience during my one week stay at Sunshine homestay. Peaceful neighborhood, within a 10-15 minute walk from the beach. The room was in good condition, clean and exactly as described, equipped with a fridge, AC, sink and small kitchen counter. Hot water was always available!
They maintain a tidy yard at all times, someone is always sweeping or cleaning, keeping it beautiful for the guests.
Owners are helpful and welcoming, had absolutely no issues.
For that price I don't think you can find a better place to stay in Colva.
WiFi was pretty weak, well it's no surprise, the whole town has a bad internet connection.
Mosquitoes and ants were a bit of a problem, not a big deal but still had to mention it.
