I loved the Serenity, the sunrise, sunsets, the clean cabin,the staff all were so friendly and welcoming, the bus drivers were so attentive to my handicap

Let’s be real. The Grand Canyon is Awsome, sunrises,sunset are hard to beat

Here we go, first off the directions link sends you to the wrong spot , so annoying when I mentioned this the lady at the desk said she has been telling their team to fix that for months .. lazy. There are no signs telling you you’re at the right spot. That was annoying and the receptionist thought it was funny like a hide and seek game. The phone system didn’t work so when we realized we didn’t have enough towels I had to walk 1/2 mile to ask for someone to bring some towels , the receptionist said it’s better if I just take them instead of them Bringing them Rico’s take to long. The restaurant is only open until 5:30 so eat your food quick , there is no store or anything open after the restaurant closes. You want a beer or a drink, bring your own .
