Lovely view. Really enjoyed sunset on the terrace.

Great welcome and introduction to property by Frederico. I cannot recall name of guy that carried out bags from train station to the room but it was excellent service. Excellent views and very comfortable and clean room. Virginia also helpful with discounts for treno card.
Small thing but the curtain in bedroom was see thru and it looked straight out onto a neighbour's terrace.
The stairs to the room are not for the faint hearted but that is the price for great views.

Location was great. Our room (Sapphire Room ) was on third floor up many stairs and spiral staircase which was fine with us. Views were as advertised and room was spacious and comfortable.
Very small shower was about the only disappointment

Location and cleanliness.
The room was cold and the heat was rationed to two hours at a time. It was controlled remotely. The staff was not receptive to my frequent request for the heat to be turned on. I gave up and checked out early.
