Situated in Lake Delton, this attractive house for $559 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. (VLD00311) Taking its name from the beautiful surrounding pine trees and its location on Dogwood Lane; this home includes a rustic looking 24' x 24' covered outdoor patio, fire pit and gas grill. The interior is a unique blend of country décor and modern living; it sleeps a maximum of 18 people. And no more “rock, paper, scissors” to decide who gets their own bathroom! Two of the six bedrooms in this house are master bedrooms with their own bathroom, and the master suite bathroom includes a Jacuzzi tub. The first floor offers 4 large bedrooms, all with king size beds and TVs. There are 3 full baths with a Jacuzzi in the master bath. Enjoy preparing meals in the large modern stainless steel kitchen that has a cozy breakfast nook. The dining room next to the kitchen opens to the adjacent living room which is furnished with a sofa bed, 50” TV and additional dining room seating that converts into a poker/card game area. You'll also be thrilled with what the lower level has to offer! The beautifully finished lower level includes in-floor heat powered by “green” geothermal; two bedrooms with king size beds, a full bath and laundry facilities. The lower level is also home to a rec room which includes a sofa bed, 65” TV, pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, corn hole, and kitchenette with an additional full-sized refrigerator. The home has complimentary WiFi. Last but not least, this home features a one-of-a-kind theatre room with an 85" TV for streaming all of your favorite shows, as well as surround sound with wireless speakers. Sit comfortably with the 3 levels of seating, including a sofa bed. This is the place to be for those big games and for watching the latest action movies! The house is also in close proximity to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Home sleeps maximum of 18, rates based on 12 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required.

Thrills in the Dells
Our family has been to the Dells four times and each time we’ve stayed at Spring Brook. We love this place, it’s becoming our home away from home!

This property was super well maintained, clean, and was able to accommodate our group incredibly well. Bonus for this house is that it is possibly on the best lot in all of Spring Brook. Will definitely keep this one in mind for future stays.

The place was very nice, it could have been cleaned better because we found random items that was left from previous visitors, and the night before check out I started the dishwasher and woke up the next morning to a flood! So in addition to getting kids dressed and cleaning up water other than that the place was nice and rummy! We really enjoyed ourselves

the only negative was they advertised blue ray dvd players and a playstation game and we didn’t have any of those in the home. Otherwise it is a fully equipped home

Our trip was a guys golf weeked in the Dells area and this property worked really well for our needs. Check-in was easy, location was good, ample parking, and having use of the pool/hot tub on the property was a nice plus. The house was large enough for group of 16 adults as long as a few double up and or sleep on couches. The property was good, but just a few minor things short of great. The grill needed a cleaning badly. We could barely use it without a grease fire starting. The pool cues were all missing tips. The air hockey table had a few air holes that didn't work. The kitchen was lacking some basic needs that you would expect for rental where people will be cooking regularly. Aside from that it was great. It was clean, had ample TVs, and had a really nice covered outdoor area. If you looking for something for a large group to stay at in the WI Dells area, this is a very good choice.

It was a lot of fun and so spacious, everyone could spread out. Liked that they were enough actives to do. The movie room , the big couch in basement, air hockey, and ping pong. We had a great time.

We really enjoyed staying on the Spring Brook property. Close to all the Dells activities and also had great pools and club house amenities.The house itself was spacious with plenty of room to spare for the 14 of us. It was well equipped with everything we needed and there were plenty of towels. We called the Office (early evening) and left a message. After a very uncomfortable and sleepless night we had had no response so went to the Office in person to make a complaint. In less than an hour, a very nice gentleman from maintenance came to the house. He checked out the problem and called HVAC repair who came within a half hour and fixed the air conditioner. In spite of these minor problems we enjoyed our vacation very much and would recommend Spring Brook Resort to anyone who wanted to stay in Wisconsin Dells.

Comfortable with plenty of room
We really enjoyed staying on the Spring Brook property. Close to all the Dells activities and also had great pools and club house amenities.

The house was wonderful, lots of room, everything we could have asked for! The pool was great, indoor and out! We rented the bike and the kids loved it, they also went fishing. We had a bon fire every night. It's a trip with lots of fun memories! The house had everything in it that we could possibly want!
