This home is a recently built. secluded beachfront vacation rental property in Exuma, Bahamas.
It is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath single family home that sleeps up to 8 guests and is located on the NW peninsula tip of the island, in-between the ocean and marina side. We rent the home as a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom.
It has awesome views of some of the most beautiful shades of blue water in the world-directly from the living room + bedrooms.
A premium with a large beach area that you tend to make your own, while only your footsteps imprint the sand.
This house is directly on the beach and only takes about sixty steps to walk to it.
It has a modern feel inside, including all appliances, dishwasher, range, stainless-steel refrigerator and washer/dryer.
All rooms have cold air conditioning but usually a consistent breeze flows through the house causing you to leave the windows open to feel the awesome sensation.
There are other local restaurants and convenience stores located within the area.
Located 20 minutes from Sandals & Grand Isle and the airport.
Ocean Oasis is really an island oasis that can only be experienced to feel it’s full force.
Words cannot really describe the feeling it gives.

An amazing spot! At the quiet end of Exuma and perfect. Beautiful views and all the amenities that you need! The host is very responsive and offers great info about the island. We will be back!

Beautiful location and walk out directly onto private beach. Very clean with abundance beach accessories. Family Friendly. Location is a bit remote for food options. Patio door off main area hard to lock. Make sure you have a Jeep or car that can handle dirt/very rocky non-paved road drive way to get to off main road.

Positives. Water view and beach, bedding, house cleanliness, bathrooms, privacy/seclusion
Negatives. Location/access to restaurants, grocery store. This house is on very far north end of exuma so 20min to airport and 35min to Georgetown. Property had trash and debris in the yard, beach chairs were broken/unusable, Exuma point restaurant up the beach was open 1/7 days we were there, beach had lots of trash, no shade on porch for morning coffee.
