The place was nicely located and had a good vibe. The main thing was the wonderful staff and specially the young guy working at the reception at night time.
Everything was wonderful but the only sad part was that we were not offered any upgrade as promised by booking.com. The room was quite small and we were not given the choice of our room. However we still loved the hospitality.

Great location. Stayed here before so knew what to expect. Staff very helpful and arranged local taxis for us. Made fresh omelettes for breakfast which was good.
Room had a shower over a roll top freestanding bath which was difficult for me to get in and out of. Previously had a wet room type shower which was better.

the location is good ; a walking distance to shops. breakfast is alright too; value for money. the hotel staff at the dining cafe and the reception, plus the security guard are very friendly and helpful. they are super nice. the room is alright for not too fussy roomers.
the toilet does not meet my expectation, but it is okay for short trips. there was no water heater and proper electricity (can be due to the recent unrest in Kathmandu) The toilet is smelly. perhaps air freshener would be nice.
