ロケーションが良かった。バスの主要な発着場所であるラトナパーク、カトマンズモール、外国人旅行者に便利なタメルの中心地が徒歩圏内にある。にぎやかな通りにあるけれど、部屋は奥まったところにあって静かだった。また、フロントの女性がチェックアウトのときにチベット仏教の習慣であるカターを首にかけてくれて嬉しかった。
ほとんどのホテルがそうなのだが、ブラックコーヒーがたぶんインスタントコーヒーであまり美味しくなかった。カトマンズではカフェの件数がとても増えた。おそらく様々なコーヒー豆の違いを楽しむ人も増えただろう。私が利用したカトマンズのカフェではeverest coffeeという豆を売っているチェーン店が比較的安価で美味しかった。このコーヒーをこのホテルで楽しめたら素晴らしいと思った。

Spacious and quite luxurious room at a very reasonable price. Comfortable bed. Convenient location in the middle of the Thamel district near a wide range of restaurants and shops. I was initially told that coffee would be charged separately from the breakfast, but the manager threw it in. Friendly staff bend over backwards to be helpful.
Breakfast buffet was small and limited. Water from shower flooded the bathroom a bit.
