I stayed 3 nights at Tibet Boutique hotel. It is situated tourist area and communication was good. But restaurant should open at least up to 11 pm. So far, I would say good and reasonable.

This is a fabulous hotel & everything was perfect. The staff ( reception & breakfast) very friendly & helpful. The location was in main historic area & could walk to all sites. Cafes, restaurants, general shops just outside the door. Down a lane so off the busy street. I loved the room I had as it had a balcony & I could open the door for fresh air. Room size was good as was bathroom. Plenty of hot water, kettle & fridge. There was TV & Wifi but I didn’t use either. The room & hotel was spotlessly clean & room cleaned daily with fresh towels & water. Included in price was an excellent buffet breakfast of Nepalese & Western food. One of the best budget hotels I have stayed in. Highly recommend

It was a repeat visit. The room was good, and it was cleaned and refreshed every day. The staff were all lovely people. The value was excellent. An inclusive breakfast was available every day. Every one was always very helpful.

Location, breakfast and rooms are good.
Personnel not at the required level for certain matters:
- failed to provide me with the airport shuttle service although I reminded them 3 times prior my departure. Almost missed my flight
- failed to provide me with invoice despite many follow-ups
