The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a good variety of food and everything tasted fresh and satisfying. Specially Masala tea is best.
The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I really appreciated their service and hospitality.
The location is excellent, right in the heart of Thamel, making it very convenient to explore restaurants, shops, and nearby attractions.

This is a peaceful oasis in the heart of hectic Kathmandu. Every member of staff I encountered was helpful and polite. The room was large with a balcony and great value. Breakfast cooked to order and taken in the garden. They were happy to store my luggage and valuables after I left. And they even provided a free shuttle from the airport which is amazing for a budget hotel. Highly recommend!

Every staff member has been kind and friendly, location is fantastic just off the busy main road so it is quiet at night and the gardens are a peaceful place to sit and relax. Morning breakfast buffet has a wide variety and hot dishes change daily. Bed and pillows were very comfy, room was clean and nicely decorated with everything you need to relax and rest. The whole place is well maintained and comfortable. I even changed another booking so I can come back here at the end of my Nepal trip. Highly recommend. Thank you Nirvana team for a warm and welcoming stay. Very well done ❤️

Thamel is heart of Kathmandu, this hotel located in the middle of Thamel, you can find shops and restaurant at walking distances, Plenty of parking area available.
Staffs were not cooperative, we booked two rooms with balcony, after reaching hotel front office executive told no two rooms with balcony available on same floor, she offered upper floor rooms with balcony, after entering the room we found rooms was recently painted and smell of paint was so strong and unbearable, so we refused to stay that room then she offered room with balcony in another building, again I refused, because we were four people and want to stay on same floor, lastly we agreed to stay in rooms without balcony, Rooms with balcony has more charges than rooms without balcony, so I asked to return back difference amount, but she refused and asked me to provide 10% discount on food bill, restaurant has very limited menus so we took diner on first night only, rooms having very old toilets fittings, termite were seen in our bathroom, no lift in property, no rooms are on ground floor, so old age people may find big problem,
