The classsic strycture whic was well kept. The friendliness of the staff especially when we todl them that we are from Gauteng. Beautiful and tasty break fast. Room are clean too! The entrace must be change not to face the main street (Mrchison)
Car entrance, the second problem was the purgent smell of burned oil around the reception!

The location is very convenient as it’s right in town
Lack of facilities like a mini fridge and a microwave in rooms….I understand it may be because they’ve got their own restaurant in the premises however having these in rooms would improve the guests convenience

Right in the center of Ladysmith, old hotel, but with charm, comfortable room, there is a restaurant where you can have dinner, breakfast is good, parking where your car is safe.
The coffee is not real coffe, it's instant coffee, which doesn't taste good at all.
