My family came in for the holidays and stayed at this home! Had young kids and adults! It was the perfect house to share between a couple of families! The pool was heated perfectly and the spa was hot and ready!!! The accommodations and yard were phenominal! The staff were available and so helpful! There is an alarm on the door that leads to the pool which was helpful because it isn’t fenced! We would def rent again from these people and this home

We had a wonderful weeklong stay at this large and FUN home. The backyard is a dream for kids and adults alike. The central location makes it very practical for families getting to know Scottsdale. The rental property manager was very kind and professional.

The home was better than advertised. I have rented from VRBO in the past and this home was the best supplied home I have rented. The pool was large and the pool toys were excellent. If anyone is looking to rent in the Scottsdale area this is the one. Our family enjoyed the yard and the way the home was furnished with the items we needed for the stay. I give it a 10. I would give it an 11 if each room had a king bed. This is the only fault I can find with the home. Would rent again. EXCELLENT VACATION RENTAL !!

Great property for a group of families
Great house for entertainment and a group visit. The house is fully loaded with supplies to ensure you never have to leave. Tons of pool toys, games (indoor and outdoor), toiletries and plenty of space for 3 families, 10 guests. We never felt like we were on top of each other and loved the openness of the home and the size of the yard. Kids remained entertained between cornhole, basketball, mini golf, baseball, arcade machines, big screen tv room and of course the pool and spa. The group was able to flow seamlessly between activities and we never heard the word bored come out.
Jeannine, the property manager, was super responsive and helpful with booking and previsit questions. We got confused with the video system while there and she was reachable even during the holiday weekend.
My only drawback would be the location. It’s super convenient to grocery stores, Costco, shopping centers etc but if you want the character of old town this isn’t it. The home is definitely in the suburbs with all the conveniences that come with that but also the lack of character/uniqueness come with the burbs. But that’s really not a problem if you stay on property the whole time.
All in all I would recommend this home to anyone wanting a place to stay and play.
One last note, the place was immaculate when we arrived.

Amazing House FULL of EVERYTHING that you need
We booked the incredible house for our annual girl's trip and we loved every minute of our stay. Everything and I mean everything that you could possibly need is already there! We cooked two nights - had all of the kitchenware needed including spices and grilling equipment. We enjoyed the pool which had a full complement of floaties and we played golf on the putting green. There were 9 of us and the house could have easily held at least 4-5 more without feeling cramped. The location was great - we were 5 minutes from the gym and shopping and 20 mins to the spa and hiking. GREAT HOUSE AND GREAT LOCATION. Also the manager was super-responsive, this was just an all-around FABULOUS experience!

As amazing as it looks
Stayed here with 13 others as a college reunion of sorts, and this was the perfect place. It's huge, clean, well-run, and the owners are very responsive. They were comfortable working with for me an earlier check-in and a later check-out, which was incredibly accommodating and made for a pleasant stay. The house has endless entertainment options, and came with a sizable list of kitchen items as well (e.g. coffee, spices, condiments, non-perishables, etc.) that made grocery shopping/cooking easier and cheaper. Additional stocked amenities like sunscreen, toothpaste, detergent and various toiletries helped for a group with at least a couple people who inevitable forgot key items, The location is close to the Top Golf company and the Talking Sticks casino, and an easy ride from Salt River Tubing and the airport. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and would recommend this to anyone who is considering a stay in the Scottsdale area. Only thing I wish we'd realized ahead of time: the backyard is turf. It's very comfortable and clean, and looks professional, but we brought a volleyball net and polish horseshoes (both of which require stakes in the ground) because we didn't realize this ahead of time. There's a great public park less than a mile away, so played there instead! Overall, a phenomenal time, a lasting memory, and a professional property owner. Thanks for everything!

Amazingly Fun Sanctuary!
We stayed here with 9 friends and had an amazing time! Plenty of room, really comfortable beds and super nice bathrooms and showers! We played pool, basketball, threw the football around and hung out in the pool and hot tub for hours! In addition, being sports fans we had the entertainment room playing the basketball and hockey playoffs which was so awesome. Check In and and check out were incredibly easy and the working with the owners was seamless the whole time. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here and likely will next time I get to Scottsdale!

Family vacation
We stayed at this beautiful property for a family vacation. There were 13 of us ranging in age from 1 to 65. It was so nice having space for everyone. The house is amazing and has everything you could possibly want. Our days were spent outside using all the amenities: pool, basketball court, hot tub, putting green, fire pit, and playing catch/frisbee in the spacious yard. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.

Fabulous House for Family
We recently stayed at this home with 4 children (9, 6 ,4 & 1) and had an amazing time. The home is perfectly laid out for a family to enjoy. The kids had a blast on the arcade machines, watched movies in the movie room every night, swam in the pool (it was very nice and warm), played in the yard and had so much fun. There is so much space nobody was ever crowded anywhere. In addition the fruit trees in the yard, combined with an amazing juicer in the kitchen, allowed for our kids to pick and make their own fruit juice. What a treat!
There are 3 bedrooms with baths on one side of the house, living space in the middle, and the master and bunk room are on the other side of the house. A great layout.
The location is just a few minutes drive to Kierland which was fantastic.
This is a wonderful home and we highly recommend it to others looking for an "all inclusive" family vacation location.

Nice vacation property for big families
Property was perfect for our family - 6 adults and 4 young children. Perfect backyard, enough bedrooms and bathrooms to sleep every one, and large kitchen and living area. Huge master suite was beautiful. Bunk bed room was a hit for our older kids. We enjoyed the movie room at night, and also appreciated the extras the home had to offer: pack n plays, pool toys, life jackets, toiletries, etc. Our only complaint was the fridge did not work! This would've been a bigger problem, but they had a working fridge in the garage they told us to use when we contacted them about it. An inconvenience but nothing we didn't adjust to. Overall a great property.

Spent most the time and out back in the pool. Or sitting in the shaded patio area watching TV. In the evenings when into the theater watched a movie. Kids had a great time on the pinball machine pool table and the race car video game. Adults did too!

This house was the very best house we've ever rented through VRBO! Clean and stocked, we found the house to be very nicely decorated. The owners were extremely kind to work with... meeting our every need through reservation and during the stay. The back yard was absolutely amazing for our family to enjoy the warm weather. We didn't ever eat a meal inside, as we sat at the large table outside for ever meal! We really appreciate this vacation location!
