Right on the beach. Restaurant. Nice room. Close to other resorts with restaurants. Friendly staff
Rooms are a bit dated. Certain things could have been cleaner, like bathroom fan. Mattresses could be updated. Breakfast could have more to choose from, especially cappuccinos.

The value-quality of this accommodation is very-very good. Very helpful stuff, good breakfasts, romantic dinners with the candles. Actually the restaurant food was very tasty whereas the prices were lower than in neighbouring hotels. We liked the New Year 2026 festival and fire show that was organised by the hotel - nobody else on island did make such activities this week we stayed. Thank you to creative team and stuff.
There was not air-conditioning, but ventilator was enough and it was not hot in the room. The water in the shower was not very hot. Actually it is not the point if you do not want to pay double-triple price for air conditioning in other hotels on Ko Ngai.

Amazing location, couple of steps from the beach with few boats so good for snorkelling. At high tide, sea-turtles come-in to graze on sea beds, we saw them whilst snorkelling and could even spot them whilst having breakfast (scrambled eggs and fruits).
The room was small, basic and comfortable with hammock with beach views.
Coffee is instant - however great coffee can be found at resort to left.

The beach location (as well as afternoon shade) made the stay enjoyable.
We were told upon arrival that we needed to pay for our stay in cash, otherwise we would be charged an additional 4% above the secured booking price to pay by credit card. We had not planned for this, and nearly ran out of cash on the island before we left. There is no ATM on the island, and we needed to pay for a transfer on to the next stop, food, beverages and tours for 3 days.
- Room was basic, as well quite noisy (depending on who was next to us). We were in a building connected to our neighbours, and could hear babies crying each night.
- No room refresh throughout the stay.
- Food was very catered for tourists, and did not feel authentic. We mostly ate at other restaurants for our meals.
- The bar atmosphere could be better. On 4 occasions we were told they don’t have (coconut shake, mocktails, cappuccino, ice cream milkshake). We walked 100m down the beach to the next bar to get the items we desired with ease.
