Il Baglio è in una posizione strategica per l’isola, comodo per raggiungere il centro, ma al tempo stesso isolato al punto giusto per potersi rilassare e godersi la splendida piscina con il suo giardino. Tutto è curato alla perfezione in ogni dettaglio. La camera ci è piaciuta molto, spaziosa ed arredata bene, estremamente comodo anche lo stendino messo a disposizione che ti permette di asciugare i vestiti all’esterno. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti in maniera perfetta dandoci tanti consigli sull’isola (escursioni, ristoranti e spiagge). Se dovessi tornare a Favignana, sicuramente tornerei al Baglio sull’Acqua, l’isola è splendida in tutte le sue spiagge e i suoi paesaggi caratteristici, ed è altrettanto fantastico dopo una giornata rientrare in un luogo così meraviglioso. Consiglio vivamente lo scooter, perché ti permette di muoverti più velocemente senza patire molto caldo. La colazione è molto buona, vi consiglio di cenare lì perché si mangia benissimo. Perfetta anche la comunicazione con la reception per prenotare il transfer a/r dal Baglio al Porto.
Se devo essere estremamente pignolo:
In camera manca un armadio in più, soprattutto se si soggiorna per più notti. La colazione messa a disposizione dalla struttura che si appoggia ad un ristorante di fianco al Baglio é senza dubbio molto buona e ricca, unica pecca è che ci sono tantissime vespe/api che ti disturbano e non rendono il pasto confortevole. Capisco che sia complicato allontanarle e capisco anche che facciano parte di un luogo immerso nella natura, però sono davvero fastidiose soprattutto se qualcuno è allergico.

Beautiful property - stunning grounds with a pool
Great location
Lovely romantic restaurant
On our first night the electricity went out in our room - and the emergency lighting came on. Bright light and no aircon made for a sleepless night. We tried contacting the manager but no one responded. The next day was spent exhausted by the pool with electricians in our room. I considered asking for a refund for one of our days but decided not to. On check out, despite their friendliness, they made no mention or apology for that wasted day and offered no compensation- charging us for water and the 4 beers we had. Such a shame they didn’t make any gesture - waiving 34 euros would have made such a difference to my wish to return.
PS - they really need to upgrade their pillows..
