Every thing. You couldn’t fault this property for a great stay in the Champagne region.
Rooms were amazing and so classy put together not forgetting comfort. Breakfast worth the €15 pp. Great variety and staff are amazing. We only met Nicolas briefly as he was heading away for 4 days but he showed us the kitchen and where we could store our food and let us make our night meals as this was the regions holidays so hard to find open restaurants. It worked really well and other guests joined us and we had a great shared dinner one night 😀

Breakfast was wonderful - plentiful, delicious, with eggs cooked to order. There is free, onsite private parking. It is quiet, full of character, and very clean. Staff is very friendly.
It is literally in the middle of nowhere, in a minute village with nothing to do, so one must bike or go by car to go anywhere/visit anything. If you know this upfront and this is what you want, then it is OK given that the place is very quiet. The only out doors accommodation they have is the "terrace" at the front of the hotel, overlooking the parking area.

The style and the staff.
The only thing you can say is that it is not close to anything and need the car for everything. We did not think it was a problem 😉
