Breakfast was delicious. Kadek is a gifted cook
no parking nearby - quite a long walk to the rooms from the local community car park and pretty dark and scary at night

serenity just out of Ubud centre. The property is an oasis of tranquility and the hosts are just so kind and helpful. our breakfasts were always amazing and the location amongst the rice fields is perfect. Our villa had a beautiful view on to the ricefields and we also had our own area for lounging. Next to us was a superb Padi warung and Uma cafe, both fantastic.
the hot water isn't really hot. more barely warm. but that is not something that would stop me staying here.

I absolutely loved my stay here. it was quiet, I loved the closeness to beautiful walks through rice paddies and also great cafes, main road in Penestanen.. and the breakfasts... so much love and care. Deeply appreciate my hosts for there friendly kindness. Would come back in a heartbeat.
I did have problems finding to begin with... so maybe some awareness of that.

Thank you Kadek for your hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bali Firefly BnB. We have stayed here four times in the last four years. We have always been served an interesting, healthy and delicious breakfast by Kadek and his wife Budo. A lovely and friendly couple and always very helpful.
