The staff are cooperative, the room is kept clean and the location of the hotel is great not to forget the breakfast is really amazing and recommended
The fact that you will have to pay for basic requirements even stove, which is usually available whenever you book hotel apartments, I can understand that you might need to pay for kitten utensils but why would one pay for a stove

Very clean and spacious
The check in procedure is was a bit complicated due to only one staff member at the time of a busy carnival weekend in Berlin

clean room and shower, close to the train station, possible to store the luggage after checkout
Staff at reception were not very helpful and did not speak English - on arrival I had to figure out myself how to check in using their tablet-based self-check-in system with an unclear user interface, which requested me to pay in the end despite having already prepaid booking. My room was located in a completely different to reception part of the building with a separate entrance and a super weird room numbering system. The room was quite hot and not very cozy. Uncomfortable saggy pillow
