Innocent the host is super friendly, very laid back and helpful. It is a family atmosphere. He lit a campfire in the evening and the company was good. I was traveling alone and was really comfortable for 2 days.
The location is a bit out of the way on a dirt road (like many in Arusha). It is a safe area, a bit of a walk to the main road.

I really liked my stay here. The place is so cute with an amazing garden and very nice and colourful exterior. The kitchen was great and you could take free water anytime, the bath room was nice and clean and the shower was great, good pressure and warm water. The bedrooms were very nice too, good bed, everything you needed. The owner was super nice and very helpful, I could ask him anything and he would help me. I could change my booking at the last minute and leave my stuff there after check out. I would definitely recommend this place!

The owner is very polite and helpful. It was a pleasure talking to him. Whenever I had any questions he was ready to help out. You can also book safaris with him or other activities. I felt home at Mazzola Safari House

No breakfast. Can cook your own with limited supplies in kitchen (milk, bread, eggs)
Wifi wasn’t working. One staff member was rude (other two were very nice)
