What a great place to stay! We loved it--the room, the grounds, the care put into the cleaning and decorating, the bed was so comfortable, the doves they let out to walk around the property, but most of all, the family that owns it are so nice. I loved sitting and chatting with the father while the doves were walking around and his cute 2-year old daughter was interacting with us. It's a great place and the only place I'll stay when we're in Arusha!
OK, the road is dirt and a bit bumpy, but we had a Land Cruiser and got there easily. (And by the way, other roads in the area are even worse...)

It was perfect stay. Very quiet and homey. I loved the garden so much. Feels like home!
Boniface, the owner, was very cordial & accommodating. That was very kind of him to wait for my late arrival @ his place cuz my flight arrival was way delayed! Thank you so much for your hospitality & very nice accommodation for me & the delicious bfast. More than enough foods for me to partake!
I’ll definitely return to stay when given a chance to come back.

Unique Heritage is much more than just a place to stay. It is a lovely Tanzanian family home, hosted by an incredibly kind and welcoming couple and their little child.
The property consists of four charming brick cottages, set in a peaceful and beautifully maintained garden. During my two-night stay, I had my own cottage and enjoyed complete privacy. Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable and carefully looked after.
The hosts were genuinely friendly, polite and always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was freshly prepared and well organised each morning.
What made my stay particularly memorable was something completely unexpected: during my second night, the host’s wife gave birth to their second child! As a result, I found myself completely alone in the property, which was quite an extraordinary and unforgettable experience.
If you are looking for an authentic, peaceful and value for money place to stay in Arusha, I highly recommend Unique Heritage.

Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr sehr freundlich und angenehm - man fühlt sich sehr willkommen! Die Anlage ist schön gemacht! Man hat ein eigenes kleines Häuschen auf dem Grundstück der Gastgeber.
Der Weg von der Hauptstraße nach oben zur Anlage ist sehr holprig, in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es nicht viel - aber mit einem Bolt kommt man trotzdem schnell und günstig hin wo man möchte! Also auch kein Problem!
