Muesli was stale. I was upset to see a bird pecking on the buffet food each morning. Sweet but unhygienic.
Need lighting from reception area down stairs or pathway to rooms at night.

We had two rooms, with another couple, friends of ours.
One room had no main building key, no alarm key, no safe key and the AC unit leaked water over the bed in the middle of the night. There were no staff on duty so no one to call.
Also there was nowhere to eat at all in the Hotel on Sunday night, nothing at all. We know the Italian recently burnt down but having no eating facilities was not acceptable. Sorry but we expected more.
