Location. Agnes the host is quick to respond and very helpful. Also very secure . Cathedral only a few mins walk and there are lots of cafes & shops around .
It was a little noisy with the restaurant below having a live singer but it didn’t go on too late . Also I would advise pre booking locker storage if you need to store cases .

The apartment was super clean and well maintained. Cleaners obviously took a pride in their work. Communication was excellent as well. A bonus was a discount in the restaurant downstairs. We usually like to explore in the evenings, but although we ate in other places, we felt very comfortable and well looked after downstairs. The location was really good too. Probably lots more to praise but all very good.
Nothing not to like and if there had been, Agnes would have sorted it!

The location and back alley restaurants were lovely but noisy
The noise and our room 302 was dark. Our window backed the restaurants and we could hear the Fado singers up til 11pm. Being a light sleeper, it disrupted my sleep.
We also had 1 key between two of us. Annoying when we wanted to do different things one day
