Lovely living spaces, great parking, Bathroom could do with updating.

The apartment is very nicely decorated, clearly, a lot of effort has been put into this to make it feel homely. Everything you need is in the kitchen, the seats are comfortable and the is a lot of space for a family of 4. The heating was very efficient, the flat was warm for us on arrival which was greatly appreciated. From the outside the building is old but this is not totally reflected inside the flat. The parking is very good, directly next to the apartment. We found all the beds comfortable including the sofa bed.

The bathroom could do with modernising, you need to sit in the bath to take a shower since we are all tall family this made it uncomfortable. It is very dated including the WC, if money was invested here it would made a big difference. We found it a bit expensive for the location which is a little outside the centre and away from tram lines. On top of that, you need to pay extra for cleaning, bed sheets and towels. This is not included in the booking rate or in the policies of the apartment. If we had added the extras (which normally come as standard the many locations we have visited in Dijion) the total cost for 3 nights would be pretty high, it would have been cheaper for us to stay in a central hotel or other apartment. It is a shame as we travel almost monthly to Dijion and this could have been a good option for us, but the price point is too high if we consider all the extras. But I would recommend it if you understand the price point and extras, this I didn't fully understand while booking as I normally check the policies. One extra note, a Smart TV would be great, being restricted to French TV only was limiting.

Lovely apartment for a few night’s stay and convenient for walking into Dijon. Roof terrace was a much used facility.

This was a very comfortable apartment, with a lovely roof terrace that allowed outdoor living and eating. it was situated about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Dijon, so good access to the city’s facilities. Procedures for entry and departure worked well.

Fee for. cleaning, on departure, only came after rental costs agreed. we decided to clean the apartment ourselves, but would rather have had this added to initial costs.

Overall a good property, but in need of a decent shower and some air conditioning

overall a lovely property, walk into Dijon took around 20mins - about 1.1miles. bed comfortably however there isn’t any air conditioning so night we’re very uncomfortable - we did however find a fan the second night. Shower absolutely useless need a little thought to make it more useable. however I would still say this was a good option for staying in Dijon.

Being charged for both linen for one bed and very inadequate towels - disappointing it would be far better if the owner charged a little more, which would be far more honest. I would have possibly scored the property higher but felt the additional charges were not called for! You need to also sort out the shower!

the apartment is lvl 4 with no lift , need to reconsider if bring elderly or carry heavy luggage.

kitchen is so big !

we stayed 4th floor , n it was no lift. the toilet a bit run down , the shower stand was spoiled, the wall paint was dropped

Very modern gite and a great place to stay for more than the one night we chose to stay.

We had to bring or pay for the linen, as it isn't included in the price.

best location for us outside of other campsites within Wadi Rum reserve

Location was a bit rough at night with people shouting.

Many fights of stairs & noisy water tank value at night

Nice place with a good walk to town.

Owner was nice and flexible was right there on time. Though 20min walk from downtown it was a nice walk.

The extra cost for sheets and towels along with cleaning(if wanted) was odd. The towels supplied were small but not bad.

Great apartment close to the center

The property is well taken care off, and once you enter everything looks like the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped and the cleaning is good. The big win for us was the wrapping roof terrace, where we could enjoy our breakfast and evening drinks. We came in two cars, and we’re able to park for free on the grounds as well.

The location is close to the center (25 min walk), but is situated between railroad tracks (cargo trains)on one side. We did not hear any trains during the night. The area is residential, so you do have to walk to the center to see the older part of town. This place is good value for money, for the ones that do not mind a walk to see the sights.

Perfect for a long weekend trip

Clean and as shown in the pictures. Nice decor and everything we needed in the kitchen. Excellent communication from the owner. It was a great base for exploring Dijon and day trip down to Beaune. Would definitely recommend and return if we are back in Dijon.

Nathalie and Alexis (the hosts) couldn't be better. This is a great flat in a very convenient location. If you need a place in Dijon, you couldn't do any better.

Amazing place to stay in Dijon

It was amazing big apartment with two bedrooms and a huge terrace around it, great and comfortable place to stay, it also has a parking slot. Owners are really nice and kind people, would love to stay there again.
