Not even the poor weather could put a blight on 'The Loft' which was exceptional and far above our expectations. The hosts were delightful and on hand if we needed anything additional during our stay. The breakfast and snacks available were good and topped up on a daily basis. The shower-room facilities were wonderful and toiletries supplied covered everything we might have forgotten! We particularly liked the crisp white bed linen and towels.
There was nothing we didn't like but we are spoilt at home with an American super-king bed. The bed at 'The Loft' was really comfortable but somewhat smaller than we are used to so it was a 'cosy' few nights!!

Deirdre and Tom are warm, welcoming hosts. They have thought of absolutely everything you might need in the bathroom (particularly) and kitchen (self catering). I stayed in The Loft which is very well furnished, spacious and showed great attention to detail. The location is very quiet and peaceful. The extensive and well-maintained gardens contain a great variety of plants, and are spread across a hillside with views of a loch. I would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose.

The host and the the standalone place to stay was absolutely so cute!
I would’ve loved a little bit more interaction with the host to meet the locals. Most of it was all just through messenger. I know everybody is different. Some people do not want the host conversing with them at all, but that’s what I loved about coming to Ireland was to meet the locals.
