Great low budget hotel and close to the main market. We felt safe the entire time and there was secured parking across the street from the hotel. Air conditioning and daily maid service with a smile. Quiet and almost no road noise in the rooms.
It was a bit far from the main cathedral and tourist areas. We had to walk about 8 blocks to get to the best restaurants that weren't in the main square.

Location was excellent. Staff was nice.
Room and bathroom cleanliness was lacking, no water pressure in shower or sink.
