Top! Heerlijk rustig en schone accommodatie

De rustige plek en de buitenruimte bij de kamer.

Alles was prima. Als ik al een puntje moet noemen zou ik zeggen de hele harde kussens.

Très bon emplacement. Concept sympathique de partage et de rencontre si cela s'y prête.

Ce genre d'endroits dépend beaucoup de vos voisins de chambres. 1e nuit très bien. 2e nuit horrible à cause de nos voisins de chambre totalement irrespectueux. Checkout laborieux malgré une horaire convenue à l'avance.

Super pour visiter Sintra, en couple ou à plusieurs

L’espace, la déco, le balcon, la literie, les conseils de la gérante, l’emplacement, il suffit de commander un Uber pour visiter la magnifique Quinta de la Regaleira.

Peut-être l’accès par escalier extérieur s’il fallait trouver quelque chose.

Very good

Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Friendly staff who helped with suggestions for activities and directions.

Coffee pods were rationed and not initially supplied enough for our group.

Terrible - the room was nothing like the photographs and was dirty and in poor condition.

The location is good - that is literally the only positive thing I can say about this place - other than that it is awful.

The room we were given was nothing like the one in the photographs on Booking.com. It was dirty, had terrible decor, there was graffiti on the bathroom walls. The furniture was scratched and dirty, the bed was broken, the pillows were terrible - just bags full of bits of foam. Walls were dirty and paint peeling. It is advertised as a hotel but is more like a cheap, student hostel. The room also had no windows and double doors had people walking past them all the time, so had zero privacy. We left as soon as we could find another hotel and have asked for a refund for the 2 nights that we paid for but didn't stay there - but so far the hotel has refused to refund us.

Very good

Great location and cute room. I enjoyed the stay, and honestly I was not in the room much since there was so much to see in Sintra. I loved hearing the birds at night. It was very kind for staff to come in and tidy up each day. :)

The pounding footsteps of the T-Rex staying above me was a bit of an annoyance. Also, it would be nice if 2 coffee pods were refreshed each day. If a guest gets 2 pods staying one night- what about 2 for each night's stay after? If I checked out and checked back in again- I would have had 2 coffee new pods for my morning coffee (included in the night's stay- not an additional charge). Just a little something that would make a stay that much better.

perfect for the 3 of us. we loved it.

very easy access from the train station. perfect little two bedroom apartment with all the basics supplied. easy walk to central shops and restaurants.

It met all my expectations. instructions for pod machine were wrong for the machine supplied. not a big deal.

Great place to stay - definitely worth visiting again!

The location was definitely our favorite during our trip in Portugal. The staff was excellent to work with, and the rooms were excellent. It was great to have a couple apartments close to each other in the same complex, and there are set up in a way that you don't hear much noise from the other occupants. The location is perfect for walking around Sintra. Close to the train station. Walking distance from several site. Definitely worth the stay.

The only minor issues we had were solved quickly by the staff. They quickly repaired a door lock issue we had, and they were very responsive to our request. You can tell that they take pride in taking care of visitors.

great location near station & many restaurants, yet still quiet and beautiful surroundings

EXCEllent appearance with great beds and garden

Integrated kitchen /dining was too small and uncomfortable. Nowhere to sit in comfort apart from beds.

It was a cozy apartment with a nice view, close to the centre, clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful with all the information we needed for our tour at the town and the sightseeings.

the location is about a 10-15 minute walk from the center but it is near the train station and it is easy to get a cab or tuk-tuk to the top. nice quite location basic but clean accommodation.

Ok for a short stay but too expensive for what it offers!

The location. This place is very central and close to everything, the room is spacious.

The mattress of the bed is low quality it does not offer you a good night sleep. It has a full set of stairs without elevator makes it difficult access for people with mobility issues.

Cozy 3 bedroom apartment

It was clean. Had a nice decor. Was well equiped. Good option for a small group of people. The staff was very nice and friendly.

No mirrors. The window blinds did not close properly. The fridge was very small. Parking was hard, but the staff gave us options so they made up for that.

The staff was exceptional! The location is perfect! In the room there is all you need and even more! The room is big and spacious. Comfortable pillows!!!!

There are no big mirror in the room, only small one in the shower.

A very pleasant base for a stay in beautiful, romantic Sintra.

Central, but quiet. Very nice view. Ambiance and acoustic was fine. Mainly very clean. Friendly staff. I paid a very reasonable price for an upgrade, that I was very happy with.The small kitchen was fine and quite adequate. I recommend this place and would come back.

Clothes storage was not optimal. I prefer water boiler to the capsule coffee maker that was in the room. Not a lot of table space, and the tables were very high (the chairs too, though), and for a longer stay (I had 3 days), that and the clothes storage might be an issue. None of these things were a big issue to me during my stay.

Great location. Nice shower.

The alarm system went off twice in the middle of the night. There was no communication about this from the staff. The tv is tiny!Headboard knocks on the wall, because it is not attached to the bed.

The pillows were awful. They were mushy, had barely any filling and were lumpy. It would have also been nice to have some extra blankets available in the room.

Easy check in process, clean linen, ok kitchen

There is no parking, not even space for loading and unloading your bags! Beware of this, given it is down the hill and if you drive in you need to reverse drive to get out as there is no space to maneuver. Staff is quite dismissive of it, but it is a real pain. Also, the rooms are much simpler than what the photos show, and the walls are quite thin.

Our stay was all we could have hoped for.

The location was an easy walk to the old town but far enough away that it was absolutely quiet at night. The deck area and the garden was lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was extremely good. We needed help booking our ride to the next destination and they booked our trip for us and gave us clear instructions on what we had to do . We would have been lost without them. They were beyond wonderful.. We would definitely recommend.
