great location, comfortable stay and helpful owner
We found and killed at least 3 cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom. Mold spots on the bathroom ceiling were unpleasant aswell.

Location
Not very clean.Floors dusty/dirty. Shower either red hot or cold. Cockroach traps in bathroom drawer alongside hair dryer. Flashing light bulb in bathroom. Broken blind on only window in small bedroom. Broken main oven, portable oven on worktop,which became dangerously hot when used. So only used once. Tv remote control batteries loose, therefore hard to use. Headboard not attached to bed in main bedroom, so clanking noise every time anyone moved. Lack of clothes hanging space. General rubbish and clutter in cupboards on balcony, old shoes, and miscellaneous stuff. Inside microwave very unpleasant.Very loud noisy neighbours.Ferran is a great host, but let down by standard of apartment.
