Very comfortable bedding guaranteeing quality sleep. Nice design and use of the space throughout. Quick access to the venue we were attending.
Service personnel could be better trained to anticipate certain needs or possible issues. Greens at breakfast were not fresh. Glasses both in the room and at breakfast where dirty at the rim.

The property is beautifully designed, peaceful and relaxing, with a lovely atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall setting is ideal for a quiet getaway.
Although breakfast was included in the room rate, I was quite surprised that coffee was not included. A Freddo Espresso was charged separately at €4.90, which I found rather unreasonable for a hotel stay where breakfast is advertised as included. I would expect at least a standard coffee to form part of the breakfast offering.
Also, the bathroom door in our room did not close properly. It was scraping against the floor and required considerable force to close, which is something that should have been noticed and repaired during routine maintenance.

We were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and relaxing the bed was. The overall comfort of the room was truly on another level, making our stay very relaxing and enjoyable.
The only area that could be improved is the quality of the food at the restaurant. We ordered chicken thighs and a pork chop, but unfortunately, the quality of the dishes did not quite meet our expectations.

Everything during my stay was wonderful. I especially loved the beautiful natural surroundings and the spacious room. The breakfast was also delicious.
