Good but noisy.

Directly at Soca River in the forest. Friendly staff.. Comfortable room.

We did not realize it was also a campsite. Lots of people when I had actually tried to book somewhere quiet. One could hear everything from other rooms.. We stayed 3 nights but they did not refresh towels or make the room.

Very good

What a wonderful location! Everything was cheerful and clean, and I do think the room was very good value. The restaurant at the campground was also fabulous; we ended up eating there much more than we had planned because our child got sick, and we never got tired of it.

Just one complaint: It was quite noisy! I don't think people in the neighboring rooms/apartments were being especially loud, but you could really hear everything (chairs scooting, conversations, etc).

Comfortable room with access to fridge and really enjoyable restaurant

Thé restaurant was amazing with great food and atmosphere. The bed was comfortable with good shutters on the window

Difficult to find - though it is in the middle of the campsite. No lunch available on site.

Great for splashing about in the river.

A great location on a camp site with steps down to the Soca river. The river is quite fast flowing so you can only dip in it in the area by the camp site. The bar at the campsite was great. Good trail walks from the campsite, including walks to a waterfall.

You are about 20 minute walk out of Kobarid Town along a road. Bring a torch for the walk back at night. There are no kitchen facilities in the room and the camp site does not offer any breakfast, although you can get a coffee at the bar. We ate in the restaurant in the evening but did not feel that the food was that great.

Great location in the Julian Alps

Great atmosphere and neat, imaginative compound of camping and hotel area. Could walk down to a beautiful area of the river. Great restaurant with regional food.

Due to road construction, it was a little difficult to find. But I called them and they were able to explain.(Google Maps had difficulty with this detour)

Lovely relaxing stay next to the river

Lovely stay right next to the river so going for swims was so easy. Very comfortable beds and good aircon. Room was a good size and it was nice and clean.

Staff at the restaurant were pretty slow and found them a little rude. It's a little outside of the town and you need to walk on a narrow road to reach it.

Great location, beautiful place, quiet, clean, apartment has a terrace for enjoying in evening nights...and + for air conditioner!

lovely

Wonderful nature, just next to a lovely river. It has a beautiful resturant, where you can enjoy your time. Not so much thing eat but what they make it is tasty.

A microwave would be good in the rooms or sonewhere in the camping.

Top location to explore the region

Having a private room / appartment and garden in the middle of a camping site with private acces to the river soca.. particular but great concept! Very quiet camp site, extremely cosy bar and watery. The rooms were clean spacious and comfortable.

Refreshing the towels every 2 to 3 days would have been nice. And being able to open the roofwindows to create some airflow would have been nice.

Excellent and enjoyable

Property is located 10 minutes walking from Kobarid, in the middle of nature and just above Soča river. Good location and facilities, good atmosphere. If you have a room or apartment you have access to a private garden with tables and access to the river.

Attic rooms are a bit tiny and cramped, I would ask for a room on the first floor if I knew this.

Loved everything

The people and location are amazing! It is perfectly located near Soča with private access to "beach". The view of the mountains surrounding are perfect. Sort of a hotel within the camp, very interesting concept. Will be happy to come again.

Great location for stay

The location is great, every rom has own parking, trails a very near. Good location for resting near the river Soča. A lot of historical places are around.

Breakfast was not organized well, one of the staff member (owner?) was not polite (because we are local?). The price is too high for what you get. The restaurant has a narrow range of dishes (for example dinner).
