Quick 10-15 minute walk in to the centre of town.
Comfy room and a nice shower
On site carpark is very helpful
Room is basic, but to be expected for a budget hotel.
No glasses for water or coffee facilities in the room.
Not the cleanest room, dusty.

A little further from the main attractions than I thought, but still worth it because it’s right by the train if you have heavy luggage.
