Beautiful historic interior and amazing room. Comfortable bed. Next to bus station.
Surly staff and radiator wasn’t big enough to heat room.

The family who runs the place go out of their way to please the visitors and were extremely helpful! The room is well maintained and has most of the features of a three-star hotel with being one. We also had access to kitchen, the balcony and the garden, which allowed for some time nice in fresh air in the morning and late in the evening.
The hotel is a little way away from the central area of Batumi, so initially getting there without knowing the public transport options in town was a challenge. Some of the wall paint needs refreshing, but this could easily be fixed.

The room was very well, quite spacious, air condition running well, the bed was very comfortable, the wifi reception was good. There was even a terrace at the same floor where you could have a good view of the cable cars and the mountain and the city. The bathroom was very big and the hot water was running very smoothly.
The location is not very perfect; in a busy traffic area with some sketchy shops around, but that's not a very big problem, still in the walking d,stance of the main attraction areas...
