Disappointing

Pool was lovely, and the beds were comfy.

Rarely anyone at reception. Had to move rooms (which cost us more) as first room had black mould on the ceiling / top of wall and the fridge was filthy. No kettle, so asked for one which then stopped working, had to ask for glasses, no tea and coffee. Had to ask for 3rd bottle of water as 2 provided for 3 in the room. Toilet not fixed properly so it was wobbly to sit on. Bathroom didn't drain after shower so completely soaked the floor. Fan filthy.

Friendly hosts however average facilities 2 star rating at best

The hosts were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was excellent and enjoyable for a swim. Good balcony to sit outside on.

There was a leak from the roof of the floor above slow drip onto the toilet seat. The doors to get out onto the balcony needed trimmed as extremely difficult to open and kept grabbing on the floor.

Personnel adorable, une literie exceptionnelle, nous n'avions pas dormi aussi bien depuis des semaines. Situé à seulement 15min à pieds du centre, vous pouvez louer des vélos à l'hôtel pour vraiment pas cher, vraiment une super expérience

Lovely hotel

The room was lovely and the hosts let us check in early in the morning which was great. Location is nice and quiet although not far from main attractions.

More breakfast options would be good rather than just one considering it costs 30,000 vnd + 15,000 vnd for the fruit

Charming classic style.

The room was quite big with a big balcony overlooking the pool and the roof tops of the surrounding neighbors. It is a relatively quiet location of I think mostly middle class, which totally fits the style of this hotel. It was pleasant to explore the area on the walk to the old town. Grab Taxi is 35K into the old town

The walk along the waters edge to the old town is pleasant enough but just a little bit too far in the heat of the day.

Clean and quiet, great place to stay!

Great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood! Still walkable to the Old Quarter and night market area, but removed from the hustle and bustle. The property was clean, the host was very kind and helpful. Rooms have a balcony. Can get breakfast in the morning, or relax by the pool in the afternoon!

Nice place but a bit of a walk from old town

Big room, good air con, comfortable large bed. Fine for price. Nice to have a pool.

Further from old town/ centre that we realised. Only a 20 minute walk overall (we like walking) to reach old town but down a road with minimal shops or restaurants and was a challenge when it was the heat of the day. Quiet at night time though. Not the warmest welcome. Just a ‘I need your passport’ greeting at the door. Minimal English. Pool was quite cloudy so didn’t seem that clean/ filtered.

There is no shower room so the whole bath room gets wet. But it is not an issue and easy fix

The pool was nice and clean. The breakfast was nice.

The wifi was not good and there was a cockroach in our room. Also no elevator.

It is a long walk from town but it is a quiet area.

It was a real pleasure to thay there. Very clean and comfortable rooms and very helpful personnel

We loved this place, it was a real pleasure to stay there. We arrived at 5 a.m. and were immediately checked-in without any additional fees. Very clean and spacious room with everything you need inside, great swimming pool where it is nice to relax during hot hours and very helpful and perfect english-speaking personnel, who helped us with booking all our transfers for a good price and with many other things.

I loved that the staff was so super friendly and helpful. The place is perfectly located to be a bit away from the tourist masses and to live in a real vietnamese neighborhood. It's very sweet on this island. Also to discover the island is lovely on a bike. Beside that, the room is bright and nice with the balkony. The pool is also comfortable... It could be a bit more clean maybe. But all in all we were suuuuper happy there

Beautiful Island stay in Hoi An, walkable and great to explore.

The place was attractive, the room was spacious, with a VERY comfortable bed. The staff bent over backwards to please. They did their best to correct all issues.On these aspects, I would give them ten out of five stars 🤩👍!

I took the room with breakfast, I was looking forward to having homemade My Quang, possibly the most famed dish in Hoi An. The soup was served cold. I returned it saying I could not eat cold soup and canceled breakfast for the following 4 days. Their response was: " Had we known that you cannot eat cold food..." My Quang is a special noodles and pork soup, popular for breakfast, somewhat fatty and it is ALWAYS served hot. The soup was not even warm, it was room temperature cold. I had so much looked forward to what I thought would be a homemade breakfast; but it was obvious that the soup had been outsourced. The facility does have a kitchen but it was clear that the soup was not made there. Obviously, they did not have a microwave as they did not offer to warm it up! Two other thing were: #1 Being that I walk most places or rely on a Grab: in order to get to town, I needed to cross a relatively narrow bridge, with a super narrow sidewalk on it. The bridge is over a block long and I found it very uncomfortable to walk on the sidewalk, and very dangerous to walk off it. #2 The staff was rarely at the desk, they several times did not answer the phone, which made asking a question difficult. Yet, when found, they were super courteous and did all they could to help.

The owners were incredibly sweet and let us borrow some bikes to go get money from the atm! they have bikes to rent for 40000 vdn per day. they have a lovely pool and are the perfect distance from the city center to enjoy the calm village vibe. beds were very comfortable with a nice balcony. wifi was a bit spotty but we’d rather spend our time exploring the city anyway!! ;)

I was disappointed with this property and did not feel it was value for money.

The location was ok , it was a long walk to the main part of Hoi an. You could hire a bike from the hotel. The room was large with a fridge and the bed comfortable.

The hours of karaoke and children of the owners were very noisy -for hours-playing downstairs and watching tv in the main hotel foyer, their tv was located on the wall near the main entrance. I chose this place because it was out of the busy district and I thought it would be quiet, but it was the reverse. The cold shower. The shower had to be running for nearly 30 min to get warm water.

The staff where lovely. Helpful and friendly. The room was spacious with a TV that showed English news and movies.

We where there a week and had no hot water for a shower the whole week. Also the internet didn't work half the time we where there and when it did it was poor.

Lunch option was very minimal, almost no items. There is hardly any nearby restaurant available from this hotel. Otherwise it's good for budget stay.

Washroom, not a sound proof room, at night there was much noise coming from upper rooms
