The value for money was great. Staff are very friendly and truely want to help. everything you need is available. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable and the overall the room was very clean. The room safe was easy to use. The room is well equiped with kettle, TV, mini bar / fridge. Bath robes were a nice touch. Enough coat hangers just. Happy Hour was great value. Drinks prices outside happy hour were fair and you didnt feel ripped off as you can in many hotels. The Vietnamese coffees like egg, salt etc are available and good. Huda, Tiger and Saigon beers plus a couple of others.
The hotel is described as 5star this is pushing the envelope a little. It does have two pools, breakfast is extensive and is well catered for but it doesn't compare to an Intercontinetal or a Grand Hyatt 5 star. The room is pleasant but again not really 5star. We had to ask for an iron and ironing board. There wasn't really any draw space. The balcony was nice to have but we could only just sit on it as it was very narrow. The on-suite bathroom was functional but not luxurious.
Having said all that you have to remember the price and this hotel really is exceptional value, has everything you need. Happy hour was great value. Would be excellent for a group of friends with different budgets.

Alles aan dit hotel was goed!! Supervriendelijk personeel, heerlijke zwembaden en goede locatie op loopafstand van het oude centrum.

Khách sạn tiện nghi, vị trí trung tâm Hội An, rất gần Phố Cổ, buffet đa dạng và ngon. Điểm đặc biệt nhất ở đây là các bạn nhân viên vô cùng vô cùng đáng yêu, nhất là team lễ tân, vừa xinh vừa chuyên nghiệp. Bạn nữ làm thủ tục check in check out cho gia đình mình đáng yêu lắm luôn, có thể nói là đáng yêu nhất trong số các lễ tân mình đã gặp khi đu du lịch. Thân thiện, hiếu khách, nhẹ nhàng, lúc nhà mình ra về còn chạy theo ra cửa để chào nữa, sao mà đáng yêu dữ vậy. Mình sẽ quay lại Nolia vì cái team đáng yêu này
